When it’s soft, add soy sauce, cover and simmer again
Out of pot
For spiciness, Add peppers when stir frying

Well, it is cooked using the universal recipe just mentioned.
Separate out white part from green (discard) and red (should be eaten already normally) 
Cook using Universal Recipe. Delicious!
